Before you ask.
What do you build first?
Usually a workflow that’s repetitive, well understood and low risk, such as reporting, triage or first drafts. We earn trust there before touching anything sensitive.
Do we need our own developers?
No. Someone technical-minded on your side helps, but they don’t need to write code. We do the build and teach as we go.
What about security and data?
We set permissions from the start, keep sensitive data out of places it shouldn’t go, and put a human approval wherever a mistake would be costly.
