Before you ask.
Is this the same as AI Training?
No. Training is a project with an end. Advisory is an ongoing relationship: someone senior you can ask, month after month, as the technology and your needs change.
Do you sell tools or take referral fees?
No. Advice is only useful if it’s independent, so we don’t take fees from the tools we recommend.
Who builds the automations?
Your team. If you want us building alongside you, that’s the AI Build Partner level.
How much time do I get?
We set the cadence on a call. It’s a standing session plus async questions, sized to how much your team is building.
