01 · Brand Refresh

What’s in the box.

Brand strategy

What you stand for, who you’re for, and the one thing to be known for.

Logo refresh

Your mark sharpened, not thrown out, with a full set of usable versions.

Color palette

A small, confident palette with the accessibility already checked.

Typography

A type system that holds up on the site, in decks and in ads.

Voice and messaging

How you sound, with examples your team can copy on a busy day.

Brand guidelines

One document that keeps every future asset on-brand.

02 · How it works

Workshop. Explore. Refine. Hand off.

  1. Kickoff workshop

Sixty minutes on what’s working, what isn’t, and where the brand needs to go.

  2. Explore

AI-assisted exploration across directions, cut down by a senior designer before you see any of it.

  3. Refine

One direction, developed properly, with feedback rounds built into the timeline.

  4. Handoff

Guidelines, assets and source files, organized so your team can use them the same day.

04 · The exchange

What you bring, what you get.

What you bring

  • A 60-minute kickoff workshop
  • Your current logo files
  • Three to five brands you admire
  • One person who can approve

What you get

  • A refreshed logo system
  • Color, type and voice direction
  • A brand guidelines document
  • Source files: Figma, SVG and exports

05 · Questions

Before you ask.

What is the difference between a refresh and a rebrand?

A refresh keeps what already earns you recognition and fixes what doesn’t. A rebrand starts over. Most companies need the first and are sold the second.

How do you use AI in the process?

To explore faster: more directions, sooner, at lower cost. A senior designer decides what’s worth showing you. Taste stays human.

What if we don’t like the direction?

Feedback rounds are part of the two-to-three-week timeline, and we agree how many at kickoff. The workshop exists to make sure we start in roughly the right place.

Do we own the files?

Yes. You receive the source files, not just exports.

One thing I like about them is that they’re very easy to reach. I can contact the owner, Brian (Director of Strategic Planning), at any time. Their turnaround time has always been what they said it would be.
