This was our most ambitious engagement yet. A business that looked healthy on the surface, but had been flatlined for over a year. Traffic was steady, revenue was stable, and yet momentum had completely stalled. We migrated their entire site to WordPress, rebuilt it from the ground up, and restructured every service and location page to reflect how the business actually generates revenue. SEO was realigned away from low-impact content toward high-converting pages, and we reclaimed attribution so leadership could finally make decisions based on facts, not feelings.

Twelve months later, organic search was returning over 10x on every dollar spent, paid ads stopped patching holes and started compounding, and leadership went from debating budgets to planning expansions.
