This is what I call customer support

Recently I bought the book called “7 Habits of Highly Efficient People” within the iBooks store. Had I read the reviews, I would notice that it was a workbook. It was the first result that I’ve got when I typed, and I assumed it was the book I was looking for.

I didn’t want this workbook on it’s own, and I think it’s a scam, to make the real book and a workbook similar to that extent, that you can’t distinguish the two. Hence I reported it to the Apple iTunes support. And I am very pleased with the response.

This is the first time I’ve asked for a refund. And I am really happy that I got it. Along with this email. This is why I stick with Apple, and why I feel safe within their ecosystem.

Would love to hear someone on Android Play informing me on the same experience. Here is the screenshot for you:

Now I am used to no refund policy in my country. You would have to put up a fight if you wanted to get your stuff back, this time I felt how it feels dealing with the proper business.

I love Apple service! compare to none. Three years ago I make a complain to my newly bought MacBook, they fly me a new one direct from Singapore!

    Cheers
